Maxicare Primary Care Clinic (PCC) is a state-of-the-art clinic established to provide top-quality healthcare exclusively to Maxicare members. It features a paperless queuing system and an electronic medical records platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
Typically, HMO members must book appointments and present a Letter of Authorization (LOA) for consultations or medical tests at accredited clinics and hospitals. However, at Maxicare PCCs, members can walk in and complete lab tests or doctor consultations within half an hour, with an average wait time of just six minutes. To enhance comfort, guests can enjoy free beverages, Wi-Fi, and charging stations.
